AUCTION PROCEDURE:

First Round – Properties will be auctioned singularly and the high bids and bidder numbers will be recorded. This is the only time the properties will be offered on an individual basis.  Naturally, the higher they are singularly, the less chance of the parcels selling in combination.  A good point to remember!  At the end of this Round, we will take a minute so that the High Bidders on the 2 Properties may decide whether they want to raise their bids or not, to keep them from selling in combinations.

 

Entirety:  Properties will be offered in it’s entirety, and this will be done by taking the High Bids of the two properties at the end of Round 1, adding the two prices together, and then adding $2,000 to the total, and at that price, the bidding may open.  If the bidding opens, it may continue from there.  If the bidding does not open, the High Bidders on the properties individually will be the purchaser(s).

 

Please don’t be confused by the offering of the entirety round.  It will be fully explained at the Auction, and any questions will be answered.     Note Don’t Be Afraid.  Sometimes the Parcels sell in entirety and sometimes singularly.  No two Auctions are alike!  Get in the place you want to be.  Make Sure You Are Satisfied!
